Dr. Mark Emmerich
Dr. Mark is a life-long Madison resident and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1988-1991. He received a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA in 1995. During his Clinical Internship at Palmer he was involved in the care and case management of fellow chiropractic students, as well as the general public. He was also involved in various community outreach programs such as the Salvation Army, the Walcott Truck Plaza clinic, and the Disadvantaged Neighborhood Restoration Project. While at Palmer, he received his certifications in Physiotherapy, Cox Flexion Distraction, Activator Technique, and the Erhardt X-ray proficiency seminars.
Post-graduate studies include Chiropractic Rehabilitation of auto and work injuries, Chiropractic Management of chronic pain disorders, Advanced Proficiency rating in the Activator manipulative technique, and Spinal Decompression procedures for treatment of lumbar herniated discs. He is also Certified in Nutritional Counseling. His current hobbies are skiing, biking, and golf.
Dr. Tammi Hagensick
Dr. Tammi grew up in Madison where she graduated from Memorial High and Edgewood College. She went to chiropractic school at Palmer in Davenport, IA. While she was in chiropractic school she was extremely fortunate to be selected for an internship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center outside of Washington D.C. While at her internship, she was able to work with our nation’s veterans, heroes and the US Naval Academy Football team. After graduation, she worked in Ohio for a short time before returning to the Madison area where she has been practicing for the past 7 years. She loves treating patients of all ages and all activity levels.
When she is not in the office she volunteers working with the students at her church. You can also find her running or playing soccer. She also loves to spend time with her family and baking. She is excited to get to know all of you at Emmerich Chiropractic Clinic!
